Step 2: Add Remodel To Cart
Once you’ve handpicked your ideal remodel size and options, simply add them to your cart. Our online price estimator instantly provided a comprehensive cost breakdown, ensuring that you stay within your budget without compromising on quality.
Step 3: Review payment / deposit schedule.
In the cart, you will find your estimate, timeline, payment schedule and initial deposit. You will then have the opportunity to initiate your project on the spot with a 1% deposit.
Step 4: Fill out your information, and sign for confirmation.
After you’ve reviewed the project details and entered your billing information, select place order. Your design build agreement will be instantly generated and available to E-sign on the next page.
Step 5: Schedule your initial project meeting.
After signing the design build agreement, you will be asked to schedule your initial project meeting where a certified Spaces Representative will measure your space, develop as-built plans for your project area and learn at length about your stylistic vision for your remodel. Additionally, your representative will go over all the details of your project, and answer any lingering questions you might have.
